How we install

Our professional installation team is the best at what they do.

Installing a furnace or air conditioning system is a complicated job that uses many specialty tools and dangerous materials. Our men have years of experience that allows them to properly complete the job in a timely manner using all the correct procedures. Without using the correct procedure the unit could stop working years before its life expectancy.

We give our men the tools to get the job done. Our Installation box truck is a fully equipped installation vehicle that has a full fabrication shop in the back complete with sheet metal break, Pittsburgh machine and full fabrication work bench. In this truck we also carry all the parts to install all types of equipment. Copper fittings, electrical, plumbing, drain fittings, gas piping, and threading tools.

There is no job that we can’t handle

This equipment allows us to properly fabricate all the custom sheet metal transitions that are needed when we replace your furnace or ductwork. We never ‘cap and tap’ which is a labor saving cheap method. Cap and tap is when a company caps off your existing ductwork and taps back into it to the size of their new furnace unit. This leaves a flat spot that the air flow dead ends into. We make custom sheet metal transitions that allow for the best air flow and best looking installations.

We also have a full sheet metal fabrication shop where we can fabricate any kind of ductwork for large systems or commercial applications. We will install systems up to 25 tons with a complete duct work system.

Join our customer base that enjoys the added benefits of our service plans.

Being a member of our maintenance program will give you the piece of mind knowing that your system is running at maximum capacity and full efficiency.

We don’t just stare at your unit for 10 minutes then leave. We have a full checklist of known issues that we check on every furnace and air conditioning unit.

The purpose is to ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on the equipment. A clean HVAC unit has fewer repair calls than one that is not maintained. Manufacturers require a minimum amount of service to their systems. This is to ensure that the parts last as long as possible which saves them money. Also, a clean HVAC unit operates more efficiently and saves you money on your utility bills.

We stand behind our clean and checks with a 1 year no breakdown guarantee. If your unit breaks down after having a Franzen Heating and Cooling Clean and Check we will return with no service charge. You will only be obligated to purchase any unforeseen part that may break.
